TRIXENE DP9C/538

TRIXENE DP9C/538 is a solvent free acrylic terminated urethane that provides excellent performance in UV curable formulations. As a clear liquid with over 99.9% solids content, TRIXENE DP9C/538 delivers high reactivity for fast curing applications. Its low viscosity of 30,000-70,000 mPa.s and low NCO equivalent weight of 1355 also enable optimized processing. TRIXENE DP9C/538 contains less than 0.1% free monomeric isocyanate (TDI) for safe handling. Its flash point above 100°C and specific gravity of 1.0-1.1 make it easy to incorporate into systems. When used in UV curable resins and coatings, TRIXENE DP9C/538 helps deliver durable, high-performance end products with quick cure speeds and environmental friendliness.
