Our team

Our UK Food & Nutrition Laboratory is headed up by Jon Arzberger and supported by Lucy Cooper and Lois Boswell.

Jon has a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Oxford Brookes University and joined IMCD in 2014 with a wealth of ingredients and applications experience, having worked in industry and distribution previously.

Together, our team of experts provide specialist support within the Bakery, Savoury, Nutrition, Beverages, Confectionary and Dairy sectors.
