BAYHYDROL UH 2648

BAYHYDROL UH 2648 is an aliphatic, anionic polyurethane dispersion containing polycarbonate. It is supplied at approximately 35% solids content in water, neutralized with triethylamine. BAYHYDROL UH 2648 was designed specifically for applications that require a binder with good elastic properties. It yields coatings with good leveling, chemical and weather resistance properties. The coatings are also characterized by a tough yet flexible profile well-suited for various substrates. BAYHYDROL UH 2648 can be used to formulate water-thinnable one and two-component coatings. It exhibits high grade performance in metallic coating systems, fillers, topcoats and more.
